Boston immigration attorney Joshua Goldstein is an active member of the New England Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and currently serves as a liaison to Boston Immigration Court (Executive Office of Immigration Review). Immigration Attorney Goldstein also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Lawyers Guild, Lawyer Referral Service. In immigration matters, attorney Joshua Goldstein has served as a immigration adviser to CORES (the Committee of El Salvadoran Refugees) in Somerville, Massachusetts.

Attorney Goldstein is also a volunteer immigration lawyer with the City of Boston’s Office of New Bostonian immigration clinic and a frequent lecturer on immigration law for diverse groups such as Temple Salem (Dorchester, MA), Cambridge Rindge Latin High School (Cambridge, MA), Cape Verde Unido (Mattapan, MA) and Al Huda Society (Everett, MA).

Founder of the Boston immigration law firm that bears his name, Joshua Goldstein practices in all areas of immigration law and represents clients across the U.S. and at U.S. consulates around the world. He is a graduate of Boston University School of Law, where he was a Paul J. Liacos scholar. Before studying law, Joshua lived and taught English in Taiwan. He speaks Spanish fluently.
